Jan Sullivan is a poacher turned gamekeeper, turned poacher again.
She started headhunting in the late nineties. She spent ten years there before jumping the fence to join Glue as their Talent Director
In 2008, she made a return to the world of talent spotting, joining Canna Kendall & Partners.
Her experience at Glue means that Jan has a good understanding of what it's like to be a client. Combine this with a misspent youth working with creatives in ad agencies it's clear why Jan is a good matchmaker of creative talent and communications agencies.
