We find talent and we like to think we do it a bit differently. For starters, we only work with creatives. Not because we’ve got anything against planners, account people, or anyone else; it’s just a belief in the value of focus and how that delivers better results. We seek out creative people who are seriously talented and agencies that have exciting opportunities to match up with those people.

For candidates, we’ll help you judge where your talent can flourish

We use our knowledge of the market and the opportunities out there. We talk to ECD's, creative directors, copywriters, art directors, designers, digital creatives and so on. We are specialists in creative, but we don't discriminate between digital, integrated, above the line and below the line.

For clients, our focus is on the quality of candidates

We’re proud when we find you people you couldn’t have found elsewhere or who you believed were never open to a new opportunity. We’re really proud when they settle in and become the stars in a new agency.

We were originally founded by Canna Kendall

We're rather proud of our namesake. Although Canna isn't actively recruiting anymore, her spirit will never leave the business if we can help it.

Canna Kendall is run by Vix Brown

Vix has worked in digital agencies and more traditional agencies, both in the UK and the US, including WCRS, FCB, and Goodby Silverstein & Partners. In that time, she has grown to appreciate the difference between good work and great work.
