Canna Kendall

We were founded by Canna Kendall and we're rather proud of our namesake, since she has been an advertising legend and creative matchmaker for over 30 years now. She was a trail blazer in 1976, changing the face of creative headhunting, and her principles haven't changed over time:

"Act with integrity, consideration, discretion and good judgment."

Nowadays, Canna isn't actively recruiting, but she remains the principal partner in the partnership and her enthusiasm for the advertising business still resonates through the office. We work with the best advertising/communication agencies and the most talented people, both UK & abroad.

We unite agencies and people - whatever their skill set - in permanent jobs and freelance assignments.

We help creative people judge where their talent can flourish, using our knowledge of the market and the opportunities out there. We talk to ECD's, creative directors, copywriters, art directors, designers, digital creatives and so on. We are specialists in creative, but we don't discriminate between digital, integrated, above the line and below the line.
